Job summary

Bozzuto in Atlanta is seeking an Overnight Concierge to welcome residents and prospects, creating stellar first impressions and ongoing positive relationships. You’ll personalize every interaction and know the names and favorite things of all of your customers (including the four-legged ones).

Your primary responsibilities include solving problems, event planning, building brand loyalty, social media engagement, and front desk organization, with weekend or evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range

$43,680 — $45,000 USD
