Job summary

Centre, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking an Overnight Community Corrections Specialist to help maintain accountability and safety in a residential reentry setting. You will supervise residents, document activity, and support rehabilitation goals.

The role offers comprehensive training and a competitive hourly wage with benefits. Applicants must pass a thorough background check and have a high school diploma or GED; some college in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some college coursework in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience with criminal justice treatment programs preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Sign residents in and out of the facility and verify approved movements.
• Confirm employment schedules and other approved activities.
• Monitor resident accountability through GPS and other tracking tools.
• Conduct breath tests, urinalysis, and other compliance checks.
• Perform searches and document incident reports to maintain safety.
