Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in their care needs and collaborate with nurses to update their Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage participation in scheduled programs and activities.

Salary Range

USD $24.75 - USD $28.50 /Hr.

The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and other factors. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for working with people
• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Certified in medication administration per state requirements
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide as required by state regulations
