The Village at Orchard Ridge, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to ensure safe medication administration and assist with residents' daily care needs.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification (in good standing) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of CMA experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe medication administration and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications with precision and care.
• Monitor residents' well-being and respond with compassion.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance.
• Communicate with families and healthcare teams as needed.
• Support residents with empathy and professionalism during night shifts.
