Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily care with compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of CMA experience in healthcare.
• Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications with precision and care during shifts.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and respond with compassion.
