Job summary

National Lutheran Communities & Services is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for PRN overnight shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents and maintain records with precision, contributing to a safe and comforting environment for seniors.

We value teamwork and compassionate care, offering a supportive setting where reliable CNAs and nursing staff collaborate to support daily resident well-being and comfort during night hours.

Qualifications

  • Active CMA certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of CMA experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfort with electronic health records and technology.

Responsibilities

Salary: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on skills, experience, and professional background)

What We’re Looking For
  • Active Certified Medication Aide certification (in good standing)

  • At least one year of hands‑on experience as a CMA, preferably in a dynamic healthcare setting
  • Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
