Qualifications

• Maryland Pharmacist License required.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management and oversee distribution and monitoring of medications.
• Educate and collaborate with pharmacy, medical staff, nurses, and patients; serve as a preceptor when directed.
• Evaluate medication use and optimize therapy to improve quality and reduce costs while ensuring safety.
• Oversee pharmacy staff and ensure service standards are met and contribute to patient care plans.
