Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join St. Joseph's Hospital South in Riverview, FL. The role is full-time, exempt, with a 7pm-7am shift and a 7-day on/7-day off rotation, weekends every other.

Candidate will focus on preventing and resolving drug-related problems to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Required FL pharmacist license; ASHP PGY1 residency preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required; PharmD and acute care experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
