Job summary

Paradigm Treatment Centers is seeking an Overnight Residential Clinical Assistant to provide supervisory support, safety, and comfort to clients during overnight hours, ensuring a calm, secure environment and adherence to treatment protocols.

You'll supervise overnight client activities, conduct 15-minute safety checks, administer medications as directed, perform light house-keeping, respond to needs, and maintain professional boundaries with adolescents and young adults.

Qualifications

• Previous overnight shift experience preferred.
• Experience in clinical, residential, or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Experience with adolescents/young adults strongly preferred.
• Passion for mental and behavioral health and recovery.
• Strong observation, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm, attentive, and professional overnight.

Job Summary

As an Overnight Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will provide supervisory support, safety, and comfort to clients during overnight hours. This role is essential in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment while clients rest, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment protocols.

Salary Range

$23 - $23 USD
