Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking an Overnight Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) in Independence, MO, to support behavioral health and substance use treatment services. Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately by oral, injection, and self-administration.
• Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations and psychiatric screeners.
• Assist clients by answering medication questions and coordinating refills with providers.
• Monitor MARs and manage housing medication inventory and refills.
• Prepare and pass medications in accordance with clinical standards.
• Room clients, verify medical histories, and collect vitals and specimens.
• Document nursing assessments and client interactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain medical and medication records; assist with lab and phlebotomy duties.
• Serve as clinical resource for nursing and medical concerns, including infection control.
• Participate in meetings and additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
