Centerstone in Independence, MO is seeking an Overnight Clinic Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care during the night shift in a behavioral health setting. Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments including physical and mental health evaluations.
• Support clients by answering medication questions and coordinating refills with providers.
• Monitor medication administration records and manage housing medication inventory.
• Prepare and pass medications as required per clinical standards.
• Room clients, verify medical histories, collect vital signs and specimens.
• Complete accurate documentation for nursing assessments and patient interactions.
• Maintain medical and medication records and assist with lab duties as needed.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and medical concerns.

Education
