Job summary

Rubicon Global Holdings LLC in the United States is seeking a Client Services Team Lead (Overnight) to oversee the night shift within the Account Management function. This role coordinates between Client Services Associates, the Key Account Manager and other departments to ensure timely resolution of client service requests.

The position requires strong communication, problem solving and the ability to mentor a team, with overnight hours 10 pm–7 am ET or 11 pm–8 am ET and potential on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service issues and requests are documented, responded to, followed up on, and closed in the system in a timely manner.
• Resolve escalated client issues in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide oversight to ensure team inquiries are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Track and analyze quality and productivity metrics and generate reports.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service quality and foster teamwork.
