Cleanest Restaurant Group in New York, NY is seeking an Overnight Cleaning Supervisor to lead overnight restaurant cleaning operations across multiple locations. You will supervise crews, ensure adherence to our cleaning standards, and support training for new hires and existing staff.

Excellent leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required. The role may involve travel to other states for training and new location launches, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, lead, and motivate overnight cleaning crews.
• Ensure all restaurants are cleaned according to company quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
• Travel to different states when needed to assist with training and new location launches.
• Perform and oversee specialty floor‑care services, including stripping and waxing floors and carpet shampooing.
