Overnight Cleaning Supervisor

Cleanest Restaurant is a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in overnight restaurant cleaning. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated bilingual Overnight Cleaning Supervisor who wants more than just a job—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can supervise teams, maintain our cleaning standards, and help train others. As we continue to expand, this role may also include travel to other states to train and teach new teams how to clean according to Cleanest Restaurant standards.

What You’ll Do

As an Overnight Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll oversee multiple restaurant locations during overnight operations while actively supporting your teams in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate overnight cleaning crews.
• Ensure all restaurants are cleaned according to company quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
• Help train teams in other markets as the company expands.
• Travel to different states when needed to assist with training and new location launches.
• Assist with scheduling and daily work assignments.
• Conduct quality inspections and address service issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete nightly reports and communicate updates to management.
• Step in and perform cleaning duties whenever operational needs require.
• Perform and oversee specialty floor‑care services, including stripping and waxing floors and carpet shampooing.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between customer locations.
• Commercial cleaning experience, including hands‑on experience with stripping and waxing floors and carpet shampooing.

Additional Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Restaurant cleaning experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, organized, and accountable.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel out of state when needed.
• Must be interested in growing with the company and taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

Schedule & Availability

This position requires open overnight availability and flexibility based on business needs.

Full‑Time, Overnight Shift.

Typical starting time is around 10:00 PM.

Must be available to work 6–7 days per week when required.

Must be available for overnight shifts with no fixed morning cutoff time, as the end of the shift will depend on operational needs.

Candidates may have another job, but other employment or personal scheduling commitments cannot interfere with the required availability for this position.

Must be available to report to work by 10:00 PM when scheduled.

On‑call availability may be required.

Schedule and hours may vary depending on customer and operational needs.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, climb stairs, perform hands‑on cleaning duties, and travel between multiple job sites during each shift.
