Cleanest Restaurant Group Inc. seeks an night-shift cleaner to perform detailed cleaning in our NYC and Brooklyn restaurants. The role covers kitchen cleaning and front-of-house sanitation, with emphasis on maintaining Grade “A” cleanliness.

You will work 11:00pm–6:00am, part-time or full-time, with in-house supervision and on‑site training provided. Prior restaurant cleaning experience is preferred, bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2 years restaurant cleaning experience.
• 2 years commercial cleaning experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Clean kitchen areas including equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect front-of-house areas and restrooms.
• Follow safety rules and adapt to duties as assigned.

Job Description

Overnight cleaning of a Restaurant, including the kitchen and/or the Front of House.

Employment Type: Part‑Time/Full‑Time

Hours of Work: Must be able to work from 11:00pm – 6:00am. (Hours will vary between this time)

Job Location: Restaurants in New York City & Brooklyn

Training: We have in-house supervisors who will train you on all the proper cleaning procedures and cleaning products.

Position Summary

Responsible for performing detail cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific restaurant. Specific tasks are not guaranteed; therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:

Essential Duties

• Job may be for Kitchen cleaning and/or Front of the Restaurant Cleaning:


• Kitchen Cleaning: Includes – Kitchen equipment cleaning, floors, vacuuming, rinsing, wiping down walls, shelves & handles, polishing metal and other cleaning task to make sure the kitchen is in Grade “A” Condition.


• Front of the Restaurant Cleaning: Includes - Cleaning & disinfecting restrooms. Empty & remove rubbish from the premises to designated area. Vacuum, Sweep/mop floors. Hand dust fixtures, windowsills, lights and all other horizontal surfaces. Clean and polish all metal hardware fixtures and other bright work. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties may be modified at any time.
