Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
• Assist resident with bathing, feeding, dressing and daily tasks.
