Legends on Lake Lorraine is seeking a Certified Med Aide to join our team. The role involves administering medications per license, providing daily resident care, and supporting care plans for residents.

The position offers full-time overnight hours (6pm–6am), with a 36-hour work week and holiday availability. Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred, and a Medication Aide Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Med Aide with current Medication Aide Certification.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications within the scope of your license following the MAR and care plan.
• Document medication administration accurately and report adverse effects.
• Provide daily resident care including personal care activities and monitoring.
• Assist in dining rooms and support residents with daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in resident health and condition to the nurse.
