Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Black Hawk, CO is seeking an Overnight Main Banker for the Cage department. This on-site, full-time role operates main banks and serves as the central source of cash for the company and patrons, with an overnight shift.

The position requires a Colorado gaming license, prior casino cash-handling experience, and strong math, communication, and computer skills. Supervisory duties include coaching staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Colorado Division of Gaming Support license required.
• Previous casino cage, credit, or players club experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be knowledgeable with casino computer systems, Microsoft applications, and timekeeping programs.
• Data entry and typing skills preferred.
• Ability to balance shift and cage.
• Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Must possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, and regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opening/Closing cage staff and properties and ensure proper cash handling per regulations.
• Supervise frontline bankers and cashiers and assist with daily duties.
• Coach, train and review staff to maintain company standards.
• Coach staff on audit exception reports to prevent recurrence.
• Cover breaks for bankers and cashiers when needed.
• Verify drop count room procedures and transfer of funds.
• Maintain cash levels in ATMs and kiosks and coordinate repairs.
• Communicate issues promptly to management via preferred channels.
• Ensure cage activities comply with CDOG rules and regulations.
• Investigate and report cage variances and enforce discipline when needed.
