Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and support for program participants as part of residential program staffing 24/7
• Responds to crisis calls, assesses situation, provides referrals while maintaining confidentiality
• Assists with meeting basic needs and developing safety plans; links to medical or therapeutic services
• Provides client transportation in personal or agency vehicles
• Follows program policies and medication administration procedures
• Documents client activity, progress and needs per records procedures
