Sevita seeks a Swoyersville Evening/Overnight PRN Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. Pay is $16/hour with possible $2/hour shift differential based on location and availability.

Shifts are part-time, including 11p-7a and 3p-7a, with PRN coverage as needed. Requires a valid driver’s license and attendance at a paid orientation. Join a mission-driven team focused on growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle required.

Responsabilités

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals served and encourage independence.
• Support participants in their community involvement and activities they enjoy.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
