Job summary

BrightStar Care of Tyler & Longview is seeking overnight caregivers and CNAs in Tyler, TX. The role offers 12-hour overnight shifts, flexible scheduling, and paid orientation with weekly pay and 24/7 nursing support.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of caregiver/CNA experience, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and the ability to pass background checks. Valid driver’s license and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

• 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR certification
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance & reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass Level 2 AHCA background check & drug screening
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and mobility
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery trips
• Assist with mobility exercises and daily activities
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing
