Job summary

Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to join our home health team. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor client condition in the home setting under our policy framework.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of caregiving experience or a CNA certificate, ability to operate hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand equipment, and willingness to work overnight shifts with two positive references.

Qualifications

• 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Experience with hoyers, sit-to-stand, bed-bound care, and hospice patients.
• Overnight shift availability.
• Two positive references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
• Keep a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
