Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support is seeking Home Health Aides to join a family of caregivers dedicated to helping seniors live safely at home. You will provide essential personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship, with 1:1 client focus and strong teamwork with supervisors.

Expect competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Formación

• At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience OR CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways and joyful engagement.
