Active Solutions ALF is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents across care settings in the Albuquerque area. The role focuses on enhancing quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, including memory care needs.

Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care is highly valued. You will assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, administer medications as directed, prepare meals, and maintain a safe environment while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and

Competenze

• Experience in home health, hospice, nursing home, assisted living, or group home settings preferred.
• Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring required.
• Experience with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s/dementia is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with care plans, HIPAA compliance, and patient confidentiality is essential.
• Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or CNA are a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor residents for changes and document findings.
• Administer medications and manage care plans per provider instructions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with intake as needed.
• Support memory care needs using specialized techniques.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and monitor vital signs.
