Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL): eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
