Assisting Hands Baltimore North in Reisterstown, MD is seeking full-time and part-time professional caregivers to support clients with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship in a home-care setting. You’ll perform bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safe transfer assistance.

• Document and report changes in client condition promptly and accurately.
• Transport clients to medical appointments or essential errands.
