Assisting Hands Home Care Northern Summit is seeking caring caregivers to join our team in Ohio. Overnight shifts are available with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, providing companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility support to help clients remain safe and independent at home. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Ideal candidates will have:
• A compassionate attitude and a desire to care for others
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliability and a strong work history
• The ability to safely assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Supporting client mobility and daily activities
• Communicating client updates and concerns to the care team
