Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care. You will assist with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping and mobility support in clients' homes, while engaging them in meaningful activities and fostering independence.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for ongoing skills development. Weekend and overnight differential pay is available, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable approach for assisting older adults.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety checks.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility with training provided.
• Engage with clients and participate in activities to promote wellbeing.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families; communicate updates to the office.
• Support client independence and safety while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Document observations and changes in client condition as required.
