Assisting Hands Home Care Northern Summit is hiring caregivers in Northern Summit County. We offer flexible scheduling and a variety of shifts to fit your life while providing meaningful, in-home care to seniors.

Earn $16–$20 per hour based on experience and schedule, with opportunities for training and development. Join a supportive team dedicated to compassionate care, safety, and independence for clients at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience working with seniors (in-home care / memory care / assisted living)
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility needs (lifting up to 50 pounds)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and quality care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care routines while maintaining dignity
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and everyday household tasks
• Encourage client activity and safely support daily routines
• Provide dependable support with errands, appointments, and activities when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
