Always Best Care Glenview & The North Shore is seeking compassionate home caregivers to support seniors in their own homes across the North Shore area. You will provide daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation while following care plans and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, strong English communication, two professional references, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency required.
• Two professional references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Driver’s license and insurance (preferred).
• Dependable, compassionate, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Support personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Monitor client well-being and report changes
• Offer companionship and emotional support
