Always Best Care Glenview & The North Shore is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team serving North Shore communities. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing professional training, and 24/7 on-call support.

Caregivers provide one-on-one care, ranging from basic companionship to personal care, across various shifts including live-in and overnight. Ideal candidates have at least two years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, excellent

• Provide one-on-one care to seniors and support daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed, including dressing and bathing.

Additional requirements include:

Our Caregivers are the keystone of our business, providing one on one care to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence on a daily basis. Our Caregivers possess the virtues of compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem solving, a positive attitude and love.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $215.00 per day
