Clarendale is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Caregiver to provide safety, comfort, and companionship to residents during nighttime hours. As part of our Memory Care team you’ll help with ADLs, monitor conditions, and report changes to nursing staff while maintaining a calm, secure environment.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$17.50), night-shift differential, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid training, and opportunities to grow into Med Tech roles.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable caregiver.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Provide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate support.
• Conduct resident safety and wellness checks.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff.
• Assist with morning routines and resident preparation for the day.
• Help create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.
