Job summary

Clarendale at Indian Lake Memory Care in Hendersonville, Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Day Shift Caregiver (6 AM – 2 PM).

You will assist residents with ADLs, provide companionship, support meals, and observe changes with nursing staff, while contributing to a safe, respectful community. Prior CNA experience is preferred; training and growth opportunities, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, are offered.

• Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility
• Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families

What You'll Do:
