Job summary

The Guild for Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking staff for overnight shifts Wednesday to Saturday. You will provide care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, support daily living activities, and help implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Associates preferred, High School Diploma required.
• Mandatory English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake for the entire shift and provide support to individuals in the house as needed.
• Complete overnight checklists and reports as outlined by each individual’s service plan and/or behavior plan.
• Work as a team to maintain a clean, safe living environment and complete laundry and cleaning tasks.
• Assist in developing and implementing each individual’s residential ISP/IEP and daily activity schedule.
• Implement positive behavior supports and individual behavior support plans.
