Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, reliability, cheerful disposition.
• 30+ years old (helps with intergenerational compatibility).
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and families.
• Able-bodied is a must.
• Background check is required for all caregivers.
• Valid drivers license, own car, and up-to-date car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with shopping and meal preparation.
• Care for pets and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care as needed (bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, oral care, reminders for medications, fall prevention).
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
