Seniors Helping Seniors Warren Clermont in-Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Mason, Lebanon and surrounding areas of Ohio. Flexible hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a referral program are offered.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, shopping, light housekeeping, and personal care with a focus on maintaining independence and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, reliability, and a cheerful disposition are essential.
• 30+ years old helps with intergenerational compatibility.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and families.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts.
• A fully capable, able-bodied caregiver is required.
• All caregivers must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license, own car, and up-to-date car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily activities (shopping, meal prep, light housekeeping).
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) and medication reminders as needed.
• Transport clients as required; ensure safety and well-being during mobility.
