Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Warren Clermont In-Home Care is seeking caring individuals for caregiver, home health aide, PCA or CNA roles in Xenia and surrounding areas. Flexible schedules include day, evening and overnight shifts, with mileage reimbursement and paid training.

Responsibilities include companionship, light errands, meal prep, personal care, transportation assistance and supporting seniors to stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Consistency in patience, empathy, reliability and cheerfulness.
• Age 30+ to aid intergenerational compatibility.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients and families.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts.
• Must be able to drive and have own car with insurance.
• Background check completed or willing to complete with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with shopping, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Care for pets and transportation if needed.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing and grooming.
• Support with medication reminders and fall prevention.
