Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement help you balance work with life.

Expect training through Right at Home University and optional CEUs, plus uniforms and easy clock-in via ClearCare. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months caregiving experience, a valid CA HCA license with PER ID, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA license with PER ID in California.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• TB screening completed or on file.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the team.
