Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward. Flexible shifts and weekly pay offered, with supportive team and training resources.

The role emphasizes personal care, companionship, and assistive services. Active HCA license and 3 months caregiving experience are required, with pathways to ongoing education and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with PER ID (CA).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
