Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward.

Caregivers provide personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders in clients’ homes, with ongoing support from the office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID for California.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the team.
