Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Minnesota. You’ll help individuals with daily living, hygiene, and personal support, and you’ll build meaningful relationships while contributing to a supportive team.

This is a full-time role with Awake hours paid at $18.69/hour and asleep hours at $11.41/hour, including an overnight shift from 10pm to 8am. We offer competitive benefits and a proven mission-driven environment where you help people grow,

Pay $18.69 per hour for awake hours (pay $11.41 for asleep hours)! Full time asleep overnight position available working 10pm-8am!

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High school diploma not required
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver’s License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
