Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita affiliate, seeks a full-time asleep overnight caregiver in Minnesota. Pay is $11.41 per hour asleep and $20.95 per hour awake. Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, Wednesday–Wednesday, 10pm–8am. You will assist participants with personal care, daily living activities, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills include communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
