Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10pm to 6am

Pay Range: $17.75 to $19.00

Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in their care plans, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and maintaining continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while respecting their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests by following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to care for the elderly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and health screenings, including physical and TB tests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, and PPE as per regulations.
