Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Gurnee is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and documenting care via our care app.

Enjoy flexible scheduling and supportive office staff. Requirements include 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA preferred but not required; valid ID/SSN or work authorization; background checks; CPR/First Aid (or willingness); reliable

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or senior living community).
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn smartphone apps.
