Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Gurnee is looking for compassionate, driven and skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, meal prep and companionship, while documenting care through the care app.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation. Positions offer flexible scheduling and ongoing training with supportive office staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or senior living community).
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn smartphone apps.
