Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Gurnee is seeking compassionate, driven caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, while using a care app to clock in and document care. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a friendly office team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or senior living community)
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with or willing to learn smartphone apps
