Job summary

Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties in Columbus, OH, is seeking compassionate Overnight Caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes with overnight care.

You will follow care plans, provide companionship, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, and document services. Flexible scheduling and immediate openings offer a rewarding chance to make a real difference close to home.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check.
• Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment.
• Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to client needs.
• Preferred: Previous caregiving experience.
• Preferred: Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or STNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship, supervision, and reassurance during overnight hours
• Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Offer medication reminders according to care plans
• Monitor client well-being and promptly report any changes in condition
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided
• Help ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night

Compensation

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment.
