Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring individuals to support people with developmental disabilities in community settings. Awake overnights are scheduled Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri, 11pm–9am, offering a stable caregiving role with opportunities to build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork are expected.
• Empathy, patience, and reliability are essential behaviors for success.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community participation, exercise, budgeting, and nutrition goals.
• Develop meaningful relationships and relay information to supervisors.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful environment and respond to behavioral needs.

Awake overnights: Tu/Wed/Thur/Fri 11pm-9am
