Job summary

The Birches Assisted Living in Clarendon Hills, IL, is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant (11 PM–7 AM) to provide compassionate care to residents and assist with daily living activities. The role emphasizes building relationships and supporting residents’ Successful Aging journey.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma; CNA certification is preferred but not required. Training is provided; benefits apply for longer shifts and full-time equivalents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know residents and their families by spending time getting to know them.
• Understand the community's philosophy and culture.

• Engage residents with compassion and meaningful interaction.
