Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Structured environment requiring accountability and leadership oversight.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies, disciplinary, and security incidents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry/reporting systems.
• Prepared to work overnight hours (Wed-Sun, 10PM-5AM) and maintain uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision of cadet living areas to ensure safety, security, and good order, including monitoring barracks and enforcing standards.
• Respond to and manage cadet incidents with proper escalation and documentation.
• Maintain cadet accountability and records including formations, fitness scores, hours, and awards.
• Support cadet development through counseling, mentorship, and daily interaction.
• Assist in planning and executing cadet programs, events, and recognition activities.
• Assist cadet recruiting and onboarding by participating in campus tours and orientation.
